Normally used by on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday by people that have left things just a little bit to close to the last minute or more than ever these days sadly by people that have been let down by other fancy dress sites by being told Thursday their goods are out of stock!

Guaranteed up to 4 Working Day Delivery (non Royal Mail Service) will be delivered on a weekday, Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch all Guaranteed up to 4 Working Day orders within two working days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the day that you place your order.

Priority Delivery

For orders needed within 2 to 4 working days you should use the Priority Delivery option at only £5.95.

We aim to dispatch all Priority orders within two working days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) from the day that you place your order.

All orders placed after midday will not be processed until the following day.

All delivery schedules are entirely dependant upon product availability.

Standard Delivery to any mainland UK address: Free on orders over £39.99

Standard delivery is only £3.95. Standard Delivery can take up to 7 working days, however Royal Mail will NOT guarantee this and do not consider a parcel lost until 21 working days from dispatch, therefore if you require your goods for a specific date you will need to choose the priority delivery option or call us on 0844 800 3959 for Next Day Delivery.

International Delivery.

We can deliver international orders, however you need to call us, as the delivery cost is dependent upon the size and weight of your order and the destination country. Call on (44)1782 810410 for details.
Please note that if International Deliveries are not delivered due to an error in the delivery address and we were not informed before the delivery was sent, or the parcel was not collected where appropriate, the cost of returning the items to ourselves will be deducted from the refund given.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

The prices on the website are shown as VAT inclusive. In the case of children's clothing, these are VAT exempt.

Credit Card Security

We do not process, store or transmit credit card details via this website. This facility is handled by our card processor, WorldPay or SagePay. WorldPay and SagePay are fully compliant and certified to Payment Card Industry standards and provide industry approved levels of security for your peace of mind.

Returns Policy. To return a faulty product please email a member of staff at cs@sureshots.co.uk for return authorisation. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include your full contact information and order number if available with your return, and wrap the package securely.

IMPORTANT: We recommend sending the goods back by Recorded Delivery. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a credit card if the product is no longer available.

RETURNING A NON-FAULTY ITEM. If you are not happy with a product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return it to us within 7 days. We recommend using recorded delivery (as described above) for either an exchange, credit note or refund. If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for an exchange totalling higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the credit note.
None faulty goods returned to us which were placed using our free shipping service will incur a minimum shipping charge of £3.95 (taken from the refunded amount).
None faulty goods returned may be subject to a £2.50 administration fee plus shipping fee as noted above, if applicable.

Wigs cannot be returned unless unused due to hygiene reasons. Faulty wigs should be returned indicating the fault clearly. Any wig found not to be faulty will be returned to you.

All non-faulty returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. in original packaging with all relevant materials enclosed. Any non-faulty returns that are not received in this way will be sent back to you at your cost or held pending contact. You will be emailed regarding this status.

No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us.
